How do I make a new page?

Basically, you can click on any "new page" or "make new page" hyperlink you see.

You can also type in the name of the new page you want to make, then click the "link" button (it looks like a globe with an infinity sign below it - you see this only when you're in edit mode). You get a menu to choose from, and one option is to link to a "new page".

Something to be aware of is what mode you are in: View or Edit. Some things are only visible in "View" (such as hyperlinks). Some things are only visible in "Edit" (such as pages, images & files to automatically link).
